Located in the Emery hotel in downtown Minneapolis, Giulia is regionally focused by offering northern Italian food brought to you by James Beard award semifinalist Chef Steven Brown. Italian pizzas are available on all menus, so we made our way downtown to experience a slice of northern Italy and judge whether their awards from 2022 still make sense today.
